User Name = Conservation Identification Number (CID).
Enter your 9-digit Conservation Identification Number (CID#) as your USERNAME with no spaces or dashes. (Example: 001234567)
Password = Date of Birth (DOB).
Enter your date of birth as your PASSWORD with no spaces, slashes or dashes. The format is MMDDYYYY (Example: April 15, 1981 would be entered as 04151981.)
