SAFIS is a real-time, web-based reporting system for commercial landings on the Atlantic coast. The Northeast Region of the National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries) and the Atlantic coastal states worked together to bring this state-of-the-art tool to the seafood industry. !! Attention !! We have upgraded our servers. In order to use the new, faster server, you must re-install jinitiator.  If you have a high-speed connection, you can do the upgrade by simply clicking on the new log-in icon.  A new version of jinitiator will automatically install, and you will be running on the new server.  If you are using a dial-up connection, please contact your port agent for assistance in upgrading. SAFIS is not supported on IE7 or Vista, therefore it is suggested NOT to upgrade at this time.
